MHFAE Course
May 7, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 2:30 pm

Mental Health First Aid England (MHFAE) is an internationally recognised training provider, and their courses are designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. Their courses are tailored for people who teach, work, live with and care for young people aged 8 to 18. Our aim at Sutton SSP is to train as many staff as possible (teachers/TAs/MDS/Admin/Site) across the Borough to be able to support our young people appropriately. This course would usually cost £75 pp however this is being offered to all Silver schools (SSSP members) for £25 pp which covers the cost of the resources and postage. Bronze Schools can access the training for £65 pp.
The training will take place via a Google Hangout. It takes 3 hours in total but has been split into two 1.5 hour sessions over 2 days. 10-11.30am & 1-2.30pm You must attend both sessions.
There are four dates in place already 7th, 11th, 19th & 21st May
