This is a borough competition for Y5 pupils.

One team entry per school

• Games will be 6 aside with a max squad of 9 girls
• Teams will be placed into groups of 4
• Each team will gave each other once in a league format
• Games will be 8 minutes one way with no half time
• Kick-ins will be used instead of throw-ins.  Corners and goal kicks are taken as normal and when the defending team are taking a goal kick, the opponents must retreat to the half way line
• Players may only enter the pitch under the instruction of the referee. School staff must signal to the referee if they wish to make a sub
• Teams will be awarded 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss
• If teams are equal on points at the end of the group stages, the final standings will be decided on: A) Goal Difference; B) Goals Scored; C)Head 2 Head; D) Penalties
• The top two teams from each group will progress to a Cup competition (semi-finals, 3rd/4th place play off & final)
• The bottom two teams in each group will progress to a Plate competition (semi-finals, 3rd/4th place play off & final)
• In the knock out stages, any games drawn at full time will go straight to penalties

Spectators are not allowed within the school grounds. There is visibility to spectate from the road.
